Designed for hotels and their guests, Mye Hotel is a unique  customizable platform and communication channel between hotel and guest. It provides various convenience features and services. Guest are able to live chat with hotel reception to get answers quickly and conveniently.  

Prior to check in guests can view information about their hotel, including photos and videos and contact information, and they are able to book thier stay directly in the app. Businesses can also view information about conference rooms and book those directly as well. 

After check in, guests can order various room services from the app, including dining, housekeeping, and even massages. They can also set their room to “Do Not Disturb”. When guests are arriving at the airport or if they just need to get back to their hotel after a night on the town, they can use the app to order a taxi, the driver is automatically instructed to take the passenger to the hotel eliminating any language barriers.
