FrontEnd WordPress Developer

Technology Consultant
Optimus Computing is seeking Technology Consultants in the Los Angeles area that have experience in the software and tech industry. Responsible for acquiring and building clientele, conducting research to improve conversions, and building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recognize the needs of the client and provide detailed information to the client about the technical specifications of the software development services offered by the company.
- Takes orders over the phone and in person. Advises customers on technical matters and recommends them potential IT solutions that can be developed for their specific case.
- Negotiates contract agreement.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Travel to areas where needs are projected.
- Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Help customers maximize the use of software features. Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes.
- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
